Newquay Bay is the bay adjacent to Newquay in Cornwall. Roughly 1.6 miles wide, Newquay Bay Holiday Resort is situated in Porth Valley, just two miles from Newquay town centre. We recommend you place the postcode TR7 3EJ into your SatNav first before our park postcode to avoid single track lanes.

At the entrance of Newquay Bay Resort go through the raising barrier, drive past the Reception on your left, press forward up a slight incline passing the grocery shop on the right and opersite the laundrette. Continue driving and at the surf shop via left on to a level ground road Do Not drive further up a hill. On this flat road Do Not Turn Off, carry on straight for 200yrds you will see at the end 2 large pillars either side of the road signed Porth Valley Retreat. Upon entering this particular caravan site drive down i slight hill and take your first right. Straight ahead you will see Caravan 69 with plenty of potting plants decoratively places around the decking. Parking space is infront of the caravan path and door.

Please note, due to our location in the beautiful Cornish countryside and being surrounded by rolling hills and greenery within a valley, you’ll find no mobile signal or 4G on your Newquay Bay getaway.

You could use this as time to detox and relax, or you could simply gain free access to WIFI in The Porth Venue Bar and Eatery Guest Services and indulgent units. The caravan itself has WIFI but phone signal is non. To recieve incoming calls and messages, alter your mobile phone to wifi calling in your phone settings.
