When staying at Newquay Bay Holiday Resort, you will be able to book activities 21 days in advance. You can book your activities online (or via the Away Resorts app), selecting your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
Is a deposit taken upon arrival?
A deposit may be taken upon arrival for damage protection as the caravan provides alot of extras no other caravan normally provides for instant comfort such as hot tub, towels, robes, extra food/groceries provisions, kitchen appliances, decking chairs, blankets, cleaning products, house plants, exercise kit, yoga mats, bbq, film application set on the tv, games and books. Often deposits will be taken if renting the caravan to large groups, dogs and children are present. If there's no damage to the property, the host will usually refund your deposit within 48 hours of checkout
Smoking at the caravan?
Inside the caravan is strictly a no smoking policy, however ash trays and a seating area has been put on the decking for thogh that smoke. Please do not smoke inside the caravan, if smoking has been done inside the caravan by renters, deposits will be taken for the extra cleaning service that will have to be done.
Is the caravan pet friendly?
Yes the caravan and caravan site is pet friendly although pets must be kept on a lead while walking around the site and we ask please do not allows them on the furniture or a cleaning charge will be taken.
Is the hot tub covered and clean?
Yes the hot tub is covered at all times when not in use and we ask all renters to uphold this maintenance service to ensure the temperature of the hot tub is always kept at a comfortable level for every time it is used. The cleanilness of the hot tub is maintence at a professional level. We ask if you have sensitive skin it may not to a service you use as the ph level is maintained at all time with hot tub solutions.
